At Digitalhood Creations Limited, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help. - Refunds
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must initiate the request within 15 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
- Process: To start a refund process, please contact our customer service team at info@digitalhood.store with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
- Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
- Non-Refundable Items: Digital products, custom-made items, and gift cards are non-refundable.
- Cancellations
- Order Cancellation by Customer: You can cancel your order before its shipped within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team at info@digitalhood.store. After shipping or 24 hours, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.
- Order Cancellation by Digitalhood Creations Limited: We reserve the right to cancel an order if we suspect fraudulent activity or if the item is out of stock. In such cases, we will notify you via email and process a full refund.
- Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the refund process and place a new order for the desired item.
- Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
