This policy complies with consumer protection principles applicable in Zambia.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund if:
- The product is defective on arrival
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product is significantly not as described
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse
- Software, digital products, or downloaded items
- Items without original packaging and accessories
- Change-of-mind purchases for opened electronics
Electronics are not shirts. Once opened, value drops fast.
3. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- With all accessories and receipts
Items failing inspection will be rejected.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method where possible
- Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and inspection approval.
6. Warranty Claims
Manufacturer warranties apply where provided.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs.
