1. Overview
This Warranty Policy outlines the terms under which products purchased from Digitalhood Creations are covered for defects. It applies only to products explicitly sold through digitalhood.info.
A warranty is not insurance. It does not protect against carelessness, gravity, or liquids.
2. Warranty Coverage
Where applicable, products are covered by:
- Manufacturer warranty, or
- Seller warranty as stated on the product page or receipt
Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects under normal use.
3. Warranty Period
- Warranty periods vary by product and brand
- The applicable warranty duration will be stated on:
- The product page, or
- The receipt or warranty card
If no warranty is stated, the product is sold “as is” to the extent permitted by Zambian law.
4. What Is Covered
The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Hardware malfunctions not caused by user damage
- Faults present at the time of delivery
Coverage is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
5. What Is NOT Covered
Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage (cracks, dents, broken parts)
- Liquid or moisture damage
- Power surge or electrical damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Software issues caused by updates, apps, or viruses
- Unauthorized repairs or tampering
- Accessories such as cables, chargers, earphones, and batteries unless stated otherwise
If it fell, got wet, overheated, or was opened by “a guy who knows phones,” the warranty is void.
6. Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim:
- Contact us within the warranty period
- Provide proof of purchase

- Replace the product (subject to availability), or
- Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not possible
The decision rests with Digitalhood Creations, in line with Zambian consumer protection laws.
8. Shipping & Handling for Warranty Claims
- Customers are responsible for delivering the product to us unless stated otherwise
- Return shipping after approved warranty service may be covered at our discretion
9. Limitation of Liability
