Digitalhood Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Digitalhood (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (the “Site”) and the purchase of products and services offered through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or purchasing any products from Digitalhood, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract in order to use this Site and place an order.

3. Products and Services

Digitalhood offers a range of electronic gadgets and accessories (collectively, “Products”). We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our Products; however, we do not warrant that such descriptions or images are error-free, complete, or current. All orders placed through our Site are subject to acceptance by us.

4. Orders and Payment

• Order Acceptance: All orders placed are subject to our acceptance and availability of the Product.
• Pricing: Prices for Products are displayed in kwacha (zmk) and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.
• Payment: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Mobile Money and other secure payment methods as indicated on the Site. Payment must be received in full prior to shipment of your order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Processing: Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours.
• Shipping: Estimated delivery times vary by location and chosen shipping method. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
• Risk of Loss: All Products purchased from Digitalhood are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the Products to the carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia or your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts located in Zambia or your jurisdiction.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach any part of these Terms. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect after termination.
